What a lookup shows

A consignment reference returns its route, mode, weights and the full milestone record. An account number confirms only that the account exists and when it opened. A bar serial confirms the piece is on the register, its metal and fineness, and which vault it sits in.

Weights, values, ownership and movement history belong to the account holder and appear only after login.
